We stand by the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or general dissatisfaction.

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged.

• The product is defective or does not work as intended.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photo or video proof of the issue.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
